Christina Saliga (Sáliga) is delighted whenever she gets to share joy, depth and vibrancy through dance and choreography. Originally from Sligo, Kentucky, Christina credits much of her deep love of dance to Trina Jackson and the faculty of The Oldham County School’s Arts Center. Christina has been previously seen in Texas! the Outdoor Musical (featured dancer), The Stephen Foster Story (featured dancer) and Joseph…Dreamcoat (featured dancer) with the Stephen Foster Drama Association, American Spirit Dance Company’s Home for the Holidays (featured dancer/vocalist), and as a choreographer for Project21. Christina recently graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Science in Dance Pedagogy and hopes to continue to spread and cultivate the power of movement through performing, teaching and choreographing. She is thankful for her family, friends and mentors’ unconditional support through this journey and is ecstatic to be a part of the Alabama Theatre family.
