Chip Hawver, a native of Myrtle Beach, is thrilled to be part of the cast at the Alabama Theatre. He began singing in church at the age of three and hasn’t stopped since. Chip discovered his passion for performing through the show choir program at Carolina Forest High School. After high school, Chip was accepted into the prestigious Musical Theatre program at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), where he earned a BFA in Musical Theatre. Upon graduation, he joined Dublin Worldwide Productions as a featured singer in Hot Jersey Nights and Anthems of Rock. Chip has been married to his wonderful wife, Jess, for seven sweet years.
