Matt Raum is originally from North Dakota. He moved to Nashville in 2000 where he has performed with many bands as a multi-instrumentalist sideman and band leader.
John Anderson is from Tahlequah, Oklahoma. In high school he was selected Principal Trumpet for the Tri-State Music Festival and also toured Europe with the Young Tulsans Honor Band as Principal Trumpet and soloist.
Tim Oakes began piano lessons at an early age in Devon, England, a classical foundation providing a solid base for his later venture into other genres of music; he played blues and rock in the pubs, soul and funk in the clubs, the American songbook on the European piano bar circuit.
Kenny Duncan, originally born in Guilford County, North Carolina, started playing the guitar at age 10. He performed for six years with his family playing gospel music.
Michael Duva is from Alamogordo, New Mexico. He received his Bachelor of Music Education from New Mexico State University and has done graduate work at North Texas State.
Bobby Gabriele comes to Myrtle Beach from LA, and is thrilled to be the bandleader and drummer for the Alabama Theatre. After attending music school at Interlochen Arts Academy and the University of Michigan, he headed west and continued his percussion studies at The Musicians Institute of Technology in Hollywood.
George Hyde Sr. is originally from Olney, MD. He has over 35 years experience playing electric and upright bass. He performs a spectrum of styles, including Jazz, Country, Western Swing, Christian and Top 40.
Rich Zimmerman is originally from Canandaigua, NY. However, he came to us from Wilmington, NC where he managed the largest saxophone repair shop in the USA.
